Without further ado, here are the FACTS:

Date of Order: 20 April 2012 Friday
Product: LG W1942T Flatron 19″ LG612EL08HGD-4891
Price: P5695.00
Promised Delivery: 2-5 business days

First follow up call: 24 April 2012 (2nd business day) Customer service representative said that there are no available stocks for the monitor we ordered and that they are still looking for stocks. Rep promised to call back the same day. No call back received.

Second follow up call: 25 April 2012 (3rd business day) Same answer, no available stocks, will receive call back. No call back received.

Third follow up call: 26 April 2012 (4th business day) Same answer, no available stocks, will receive call back. No call back received. Seriously.

Fourth follow up call: 27 April 2012 (5th business day) Same answer, no available stocks, will receive call back. No call back received. I know, I am just copying and pasting, but really, really, seriously, lol we didn’t receive a call back.

I sent a detailed email to customer@lazada.com.ph, I didn’t get a reply. No. Not one. Until now (1 May 2012)

I tweeted a message at @LazadaPH, Tweeter person told me to send details and send a message to their Facebook page. He/She also confirmed that he/she forwarded the concern to Customer Service, which I thought I already did with my original email anyway, still no reply.

Fifth follow up: 30 April 2012 Monday (Oh yeah, we allowed another weekend to pass)

I posted on the Lazada Philippines Facebook page, the fans who are dying to win iPads replied and told me that it happens and that it will come eventually, and that I need to send a message directly so that the admin for the Facebook page will get it. I did. The Facebook person told me that he already forwarded the problem to Customer Service, which I thought the Tweeter person already did, and which I thought I personally did in the first place. He further told me that “The social media department don’t have access to your purchase.”

FINALLY!!! In the afternoon after lunch, my brother received the long awaited call (THE CALL! NOT THE MONITOR!) that the product we ordered online is already PHASED OUT and that I will receive the amount back to my credit card.

1 May 2012 – No credit received.

Don’t worry. I will keep you guys posted.

Oh by the way, this monitor is still posted on their website until now (1 May 2012)

Please watch out. You might order a PHASED OUT item and experience the same thing. LOL!

      Sept 9, 2013 I bought an Apple IPhone 4S with Lazada. Returned it Jan. 2, 2014 for repair due to internal overheating making it impossible to use the internet function. It took me almost 3 months of following up the repair and they gave me inconsistent answers on the status of my phone. March 26 & 27 I received messages from them that they need to know my Icloud account password and I gave it to them so as they could do a final check of the unit before sending it back. Text messages followed that the password is incorrect inspite of giving the one I am using. They informed me that they will send me the unit and I will try to open it myself. Received the unit April 1 and when I tried to open it, it was asking for an Icloud password of an account that isn’t mine which made me doubt if this is really the unit I owned. Before returning the unit last Jan. 2 I disabled the Icloud account and find my phone function. This unit has its settings enabled. I immediately informed them thru email that I will return it since the Icloud account showing isn’t mine thus I could not provide the password for it. They received the unit April 5 and April 10 I received a message from them that the supplier will not repair it since I sent back a different unit. I own a 16 Gb one & the one I returned according to the supplier is a 32 Gb. How could I return a different unit since I simply returned what they sent me. They are accusing me of switching a different unit which is really very UNFAIR because before sending it back last March 31 I provided the Icloud account I use and the password but they still sent it to me with knowledge that the Icloud account is different. This is a very serious accusation against me. I am simply a customer who is exercising my right that my unit be repaired since this is under warranty with them. I filed a complaint with DTI and a mediation process is scheduled on May 6, 2014.
      My question is where is the unit that I own? Why is Lazada not checking the serial numbers of the units and specifications before sending it back to the buyer? Why do they easily believe the supplier without them checking the unit 1st? Switching happened while the unit was with them for almost 3 months. What kind of control do they have?
      I am sharing this experience because I do not want others to undergo the same. Please avoid buying products especially electronics online.
      Never on this site since they are capable of twisting the facts at your disadvantage.
      I will do everything on my end to contradict their accusations. I stand by what is the truth and in my dealings with them were all done in good faith. How about them?????

        Hi Bing! What you experienced is waaaay over ours. That’s so frustrating. What you shouldn’t have done and never do again is give anyone your password. If they really intended to fix it they should be able to do it without asking for your password.

        Next thing to do is wait for a reply on your complain (which might never come). If it doesn’t happen, bring your issue to the internet or media where everyone can know about your experience. What happened to you is horrible.

    one thing about using a credit card is the extra protection that it gives you. just call your credit card company and explain the situation and the charge will be reversed.

        Mattia, I have placed an order and received an email which later disappeared from my mailbox. I have been trying to find out the status of my order and to get my order number. My credit card has not been completely charged but only a temporary authorization. Would you please check into this and respond please!!!!! I have tried emailing your customer services group now for 3 days
        with the automated responses coming but no personal response. This is for xmas gifts and birthday gifts for my mahal in caibiran. Please help me. she was caught in Tacloban and really deserves these gifts. Please help me!

      I was just wondering, why was it easier for you to reply and comment on this blog post than the email that I sent to your customer service? I did not receive any reply at all and it’s already the 6th business day since that email.

      So do I conclude that your customer service responds only through blog posts, facebook comments, tweets, and phone calls? Not emails?

      I can certainly understand where you are coming from as a customer service representative but just letting you know that this blog post will remain even after the 1000 concession. ^_^

      Now is 15 April 2013!!! No much change since then? I am living in Europe & do online shop since I don’t have time to do normal shopping. I was so glad to hear about lazada online shop at beginning so I don’t have to bring gifts like handphones, tablets, toys etc. if I visit friends in Philippine. I never had any experiences with any online shops around the world who asks me to copy front and back of my creditcard as well as my passport? Why lazada doesn’t ask my password for online banking to make in complete? Lazada told me also that my bank REFUSED the transaction using my creditcard. I was so upset to my bank because I have special agreement with my bank and asked them the reason for the refusal! My bank told me how they can approve something if they did not receive anything from lazada asking them about my creditcard? It means, lazada lied and did not even send my bank for approval! I really don’t know how serious lazada is? For sure it has totally different level compared with amazon or other online shops! My first impression was so bad.

        I assume you purchased online to ship to your girlfriend and used your credit card as mode of payment. Sometimes there are conditions to using a credit card abroad. Lazada doesn’t need to manually ask for approval. The system would do it automatically for them.

        Did you use a Visa or Mastercard? I suggest you use these instead of direct bank credit cards.

          I use Mastercard when I ordered at lazada, I use Visa seldom. I use my creditcard almost all over the world including Philippine, but never had an experience that someone asked me to give a copy from bothsides. I know the system ask for approval! THAT WHAT MY BANK TOLD ME when I was upset to them, they said: ‘How could they give any approval, if lazada did not send any enquiry’? I told lazada, it is no problem with my creditcard, I have aggrement with my bank for some of my creditcard that I could use it to buy brand new car. That why I was upset to my bank at beginning till they told me that lazada accused my bank wrongly.

          I also tried to make a purchase but when they asked me for copy of the front and back side of my card, I refused. It’s so unsafe. Giving your account details/copy of your card to a customer representative or via email is not good. The person in charge can easily take down those details and used it for their own purchase/s.

            Very good precaution yung pag-iingat sa mga ganyang transaksyon specially sa Pinas. I’ve seen a store like that dito sa New Zealand where they took a copy of my credit card front and back for their guanratee that I will return the costumes I rented. Pero sa case ng Lazada purchase naman at hindi rent kaya di nila kailangan ng copy back and front. Tama lang yung ginawa mo.

    Dami ngang issues itong Lazada ah… I think they are earning here despite the reversal of the charges… Don’t know much about banking rules… Pero I think once the money enters their account it forms part of the principal for the monthly interest of their account… Hay, kailangan talaga mag-ingat…

    I promise you this is not the case. Lazada is present not only in the Philippines, but also in Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia and other countries. As I wrote before, we experienced some problems due to the high number of orders. However, be sure that you’ll here the name of this company again because of better reasons than these ones.

    To Mattia Perroni of Lazada Customer Service:

    My brother called today and was given 2 500-worth of coupon codes instead of the 1000 that you promised. The representative told him that 500 is the biggest amount of coupon you have. And obviously, only one coupon can be used at a time.

    This is clearly another unfulfilled promise. Your customer support is clearly not delivering to your own standards and requirements.

        HI Juana. Thank you for the voucher. My brother forwarded it to me. I tried logging into your website today to make a purchase. It doesn’t retain my secure session. I used Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer, same thing happens. Try it.

        Login to your site first. You will notice it says “Log Out” on the upper right corner menu and the URL is https. Once logged in, go to monitors (or any product) and you will notice it already says “Login” instead of “Log Out” and https disappears. When you try adding the product to the cart, it does the same thing. I am certain I would not want to apply the voucher and proceed to checkout without making sure your website is not broken.

        Can you please have your IT fix this problem first? If it gets fixed today I will proceed with the order.

            My family already received the monitor yesterday, the fourth business day after the second order. Not too bad.

            Overall experience, I would rate Lazada Philippines 2 out of 5. Still not recommended. It took us almost a month (original order date April 20) to get a monitor. It’s a good thing that Lazada has pioneered online shopping in the Philippines. I really pray that there will be a more and better competition that would come out after them. Until then, we aren’t buying from Lazada Philippines.

      You’re right Mareeyah. It’s really been a pain until now. Lazada Philippines is supposed to be the pioneer of online shopping in the Philippines. It’s just not starting right. I really wish that there would be a more competitive option other than Lazada. We’re getting there, hopefully.

      Hi sis. Buy at your own risk po. This blog post is just a list of the things I experienced with them as well as my rating about their service. I suggest that you don’t and just buy at stores directly while they’re still establishing (since until now they are claiming that they are new) but since we live in a free country, you can do whatever you prefer. ^_^

    I had also a bad experience with Lazada Philippines. It was an experience between me and a certain costumer service attendant named Kevin. Because Lazada offered a Cash on Delivery payment to any of these location “Metro Manila, Bacolod, Iloilo, Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Tacloban and Ormoc” so I ordered an item last July 9 at around 7am and chose the COD payment method. I was excited and expected that my order will be delivered on July 14 but luckily a prompt email from Kevin stating “We are sending you an email to inform you that your order with order number (my order # here) was cancelled. Unfortunately, Cash On Delivery is only available to locations within Metro Manila. If you would like to re-order, please visit our website and choose another mode of payment convenient to you.” * copy pasted from the email received with ticket #7419. To my dismay I emailed him saying that payment method is already offered before I ordered. On July 10, Kevin emailed back to me and say “We really apologized for the confusion. As of today we open the option of making COD payment for those selected cities in the country like Bacolod, Davao, Cebu, Ilo-ilo, Tacloban, Ormor and Cagayan de Oro. If you want you can re process the order with the same procedure of payment and we will make sure that were going to prioritize your transaction with us. *copy and pasted the email received. I don’t know what really happened, Kevin is confused with the company service his working with he might be new to the company or untrained personnel. Well, to make the story I didn’t made another order. I was frustrated and I thought I wanted to cancel my Lazada account. To the blog owner, Thanks for this another Lazada Philippines Services review it will shout to the world what Lazada Philipiines is. Thank you to those Lazada service attendant who replied here. Im thinking I will make my own Lazada story posted on my mere blog.

      Hi Chulo!

      Your experience was really frustrating too and kudos to you for not placing the order again. I thought of doing the same but I realized I didn’t have any choice then because my family really needed it that time and it’s the only site I can use a credit card to purchase.

      I realized though, had I read all the other links before I made the purchase, I definitely wouldn’t order from them. So after getting all that bad service I knew that I needed to post something like this to warn others.

      It’s been 3 months already since my experience and I can’t believe they’re still getting issues like this. I wonder how long they need to perfect their services.

    Please accept our deepest apologies for the mistake that one of our customer service representatives made. It was not our intention to create such an awkward and embarrassing situation for you.

    The customer service representatives do have a responsibility to answer questions correctly and if they are not sure to research the issue first. However, his explanation is confusing. Sorry for this occurrence. For several months, different negative reports have surfaced that unfairly attack our services, this misinformation creates uncalled-for fear to potential customers which impends to destroy public trust in our service and worse driving away consumers from online shopping industries.

    Rest assured that we are going to work together, gather information first and set training before promulgating facts on our website.
    If there was any good that came out of this unfortunate experience, it is that we have grown and learned alternative approaches to these situations.

      your mail replies are all computer generated, how would you learn from such mistakes indeed? i don’t think you are serious to learn on how to handle such situations. please be advise that we need some serious, realistic and more status quo thinkers why did this happen and what to do to avoid such….. blog. i dont wish to fit this kind of style. pls read my complaints.

        Newton you are right. What we need is a personalised and immediate service. They clearly have not been living up to standards until now. It’s already been almost 6 months and this blog post is still getting a lot of dissatisfied customer comments.

    There is a better online shopping site, the tradeport philippines. I have order from them several times and I must say, my order arrived even earlier than I expected. The downside is, they offer credit card payments only in Metro Manila. I sent my payment through bank but it was a small price to pay for the prompt arrival of the thing I bought.

    Now I feel stupid without making research before placing order with Lazada. Why the hell the keep on advertising that the item is available which is not really the case. I tried purchasing with Zalora before and their service was excellent. Placed an order last 14thAug, on the 17th Jonathan their CS called me advising item color is not available so their offered me black, I agreed. then on the 20th, I called them for follow-up, spoke with Emman, he said my order was cancelled, explained what happened then he told me that they will reprocess everything, since it will take too long for me to get the item i decided to cancel it. He sent me an email confirmation, advise me the refund will take place on wed, Aug 22. I waited then after a week still no updates, earlier I called my cc bank they told me that there were no refund process, and the charge for 6400+php is still active. Called them again spoke with Apple and she advise me that order was cancelled but they havent process the refund. She promised that she will process the refund tonight. Now I learned my lesson, I will no longer wait, if I have to call them everyday, every minute to remind them about the refund, I will. So I would no longer use their service again.

      Hi tonilazo! We had the exact same experience. They took a long time to tell us that they don’t have stocks for what we purchased so we cancelled, and it took them a veeery long time again to process the refund.

      I wish I had researched too before I placed the order. It was already too late when I saw those links on the comments.

      Well at least now we have other options like Zalora and Tradeport Philippines. ^__^

    I am undergoing a bad service right now with them. I buy online because I work online and from home. I purchased a keyboard worth 999php last august 3 and waited for 5-10 days of delivery since I am living outside manila. I am a patient person and thought of giving them consideration because l still waited up until the 12th day. So I called lazada hotline and asked them to give me an update with the delivery, they told me that LBC had a problem identifying the consignee of the item(I really don’t know what did they mean about that???) So I asked them to please fix the issue since it has already exceeded their promised “5-10 days delivery”. on the 19/20th day, I called again and asked for an update but to my surprise they told me another issue was identified by LBC that the shipping address is incomplete, I can’t remember giving them an incorrect address so I checked my order at lazada website and double-checked everything. Every detail of my address is just fine I said, I was asked to give the correct address (even though I already gave them the correct one during my purchase) so they can make a follow up and escalate the resolution of the issue.

    Since then I was calling them every 3 days using mobile phone(since I am residing at bulacan) for me to ask an update. After I talked to different CSRs namely Kris, Ramon, Apple and even their supervisor Rhea, they were always making promises to give me an update but none was received on my part. call nor email. Now I am pissed because:
    1. I spent 1.6K php worth of calls on their hotline,
    2. asked them to cancel my purchase, confirmed the cancellation, but no cancellation or updates were made
    3. they called yesterday insisting me to wait for my item to arrive and promised that I will receive it this week
    4. checked the price of the keyboard and it’s 890Php(cheaper) in a mall near our area.

    It is already a month and 5 days and I don’t even know what will happen.
    Lazada philippines is the only online store that made me thought that scammers do exist online.

      I can definitely relate to you oninetsu. What’s really inconvenient is when services like this turn our “most patient” selves to the worst. I literally waited 5 days before I started complaining where as you waited 12 days! And there is still no happy ending to your story, so to speak. I appreciate them pioneering something like this because compared to other countries, we are really behind standards when it comes to online shopping, but their services are just so weak that they push us to realize that shopping in malls will always be the best option.

      I also believe Lazada Philippines is a scam. I even created a profile picture for that. Lol

    Wow almost same experience here.

    I ordered 2 usb drives from them. Only received one item.

    I emailed them 2 days ago. No reply until now.

    I tweeted them and tried calling their hotline. No response. Their mailbox thing isn’t even working.

    Terrible!

    They should cut off their funds for marketing (Ads and promotions on X-Factor PH for example) and improve on their services instead.

    This is my personal experience. I already read this blog but I still continue my order in Lazada’s website but I selected the item with small price in it around P1,800++. I waited for their e-mail yet I haven’t received anything from them. On the second day I e-mailed them and I received a reply from their customer cared on the third day asking me to scan the front and back side of my credit card with valid ID for security purposes which I did but removing some details at the back of the credit card for my own security. Siguro naka five (5) days ako sa e-mail communication palang. Tama naman pala sila 2 to 5 days delivery iyon nga lang sa e-mail kasi the last e-mail I received sabi naman nila dun your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 days. So, I will wait again for another 5 days = 10 days na. Eh hindi nga tumawag ang Lazada kung saan sabi nila tatawag sila after they received my order.

    Maganda sana ang Lazada kasi marami silang mga choices, iyon nga lang instead na mag gain sila ng maraming customer ay umalis kasi nga hindi satisfied ang customer. Dapat customer satisfaction ang number one priority nila kung gusto nila mag grow ang website nila. And make it sure na iyong mga delivery tie ups nila ay okay din.

    Subukan ko parin maghintay sa delivery ko kahit iyong 2-5 days promise ay wala na. Pagbigyan ko pa, second chance nila. Kung okay naman oorder parin naman ako sa kanila pero dapat maayos muna nila ang delivery at processing system nila.

      Problema lang talaga, kapag yung mismong mga taong nagtiwala na sana ay na-disappoint pa rin. At kung ano mismo yung nabasa nilang feedback ay siya ring mae-experience nila. Hehe.. Good luck sa order mo! ^_^

    I would like to share this too…my bad experience with lazada…I made an order last September 11, 2012 through cash on delivery and they confirmed it. Cash on delivery coz quite big amount is involve. The next day I receive a text from them that my order had been shipped and expect 24 hours delivery. I was impressed coz it was fast coz according to them it will take 5-10 days delivery outside manila. After two days I received a call from their customer service representative daw na cancel ung order ko dahil hinding available ang cash on delivery sa location ko at pwde ko dw ung e re-order sa system nila and pay it through credit card or dragon pay. Pero I insist na andoon un sa site nila na pwde. Nagtaka naman ako kaya i called them kung totoo ba ung snabi ng tumawag sa akin. According to them hindi cancel ung order ko kasi naiship na dw un at andoon na sa LBC..to be transit to LBC here in my location…humingi ako ng tracking number pero offline daw ung sa warehouse nila. Kasi un daw ang incharge sa delivery. Tumawag nlng dw ako uli by monday para makuha ko ung tracking. Sabi pa baka monday or tuesday andoon na ung item marereceive ko na, Lumipas ang monday..tuesday…walang dumating…at tumatawag ako sa hotline nila di ka makapasok.. the next day tumawag ako uli. Ask ko ung customer representative nila kng anu ba talaga ang update ng order ko at kailan ba talaga darating un..kasi ang sabi monday or tuesday wala rin….tapos humingi ako ng tracking number…may binigay sila. Nung tinawag ko na sa LBC nagulat ako invalid ung tracking number. Naglast call na ako sa kanila para conpirmahin kung anu ba talaga? para ma cancel ko na nlng ung order ko…waste of time! naghihintay ka sa wala…tapos eto na naman ung sinabi nila…expect nalng po tayo baka monday or tuesday po marereceive nyo na kasi un po ung ika 10th day natin at andoon na sa LBC eh…lumipas uli ang monday tuesday..at wednesday na ngaun wala pa rin…

    Today tumawag na ako sa kanila kung anu na..tuloy pa ba ung delivery…oo daw kasi in transit na siya sa LBC…d na rin pwede ma cancel dahil na process na. HUmingi ako uli ng tracking number…same number ung binigay nila pero may dumagdag na isa. Tinawagan ko uli ang LBC para matract ko kng where na ung package..again sabi ng LBC paki coordinate sa LAzada kasi hindi nila matrack ung tracking number na binigay nila…anu ba talaga?!!! Buti cash on delivery ung napili ko. Dito pa nga lng nahirapan na ako sa pagfollow up ng order how much more kung nag pay ako through other payment..big amount pa naman ung involve..

    Never kayo magbigay ng isang salita kung hindi nyo to kayang tuparin. Bago kayo mag pa advertise sana ayusin nyo muna ung problem sa service niyo.

    Tama ka sa sinabi mo. Buti talaga at cash on delivery dahil lalong nakakapanghinayang kapag ginamit mo ay credit card. Sobrang tagal ng hihintayin para sa refund.

    i would like to share my bad experience too.. ang fiance ko ay nag order ng phone sa lazada.. sony experia, order # 200088165.. ordered last sept 27. tinawagan ko ang lazada para i-confirm ang order ng fiance ko. ang sabi ng customer service kailangan ng photocopy ng fiance ko so nag provide sya kinabukasan.. 2nd call ko tumawag ako ulit para i-confirm kung ok ng order at requirements sabi ng customer service okey na daw.. ilang beses akong tumatawag after my 2nd call para mag follow up at email, awa ng diyos wala akong narereceive.. ang point ko dito, kung my problema pa sa requirements, mag email. kse ang layo ko, sa bataan ako nakatira,gumagastos ako ng 120.00 na load para tawagan sila tpos wala.. ang hirap mag hintay sa wala…di ganito ang inexpoect namen sa company nyo,although marami nkong nababasa na bad comments sa inyo.. sana naman pahalagahan nyong mga customers nyo,.. nakakapagod mag hintay at tawagan kyo ng tawagan…ang laki laki na ng nagagastos kong load kakatawag sa inyo sa totoo lang, pano pa kami uulit nyan kung sa una pa lang na service nyo smen palpak na kayo?.. haiiisst!

Di katulad sa ibang bansa na kapag “1-800″ or “0-800″ eh considered as local calls. Kainis nga yung ganyan. Nako naiintindihan kita sa nararamdaman mo. Ganun din kasi ako eh. Kapag may email, gamitin ang email. Bakit kailangan tatawagan pa? Hays..

    Ako rin ganyan na ganyan talaga nangyari sa mga clients ng Lazada, same thing talaga lahat complaints. Matagal ang delivery tapos puro bull**** ang sinasabi nila, promise nila 5-10 days lang pero sobra na talaga. I reaaly felt stupid buying at lazada. Scammers mga yan!!!

    There are other options for online shopping here in the Philippines. If you wish to buy appliances, there’s the SM Online Store (http://www.smappliance.com/shopping_info.php) and there’s the Abenson Online Store (http://www.abenson.com.ph/). I havent personally tried shopping online through these stores but come to think of it, if you don’t get your order, and worse comes to worst, they have actual brick and mortar stores that you can go to in order to pick up your order (and maybe smack somebody’s head for the trouble. Lol). If you’re looking for other items like clothing, home accessories and so on, there’s Zalora.com. I shop there and they have great customer service, (based on my experience) and they do address your concerns. Unlike a lot of customer service departments who just give you all sorts of crap that they read off their scripts. Good thing I found this blog, I was just about to order from Lazada! :) Thanks Ms. emilayskie.

    hi emilayskie… nagbunga ang kakaantay ko..tinadtad ko sila ng emails ko….the last time na nakausap ko ang CS nila sabi ok na ang order ko for packing na by monday, damin churvah,..yun pala kailangan ulit i-send ng fiance ko ang photocopy ng card at valid id eh nagpadala na sya nung una,… hay nako, hanggang kailan kaya ako ulit mag hihintay…buti nga my blog na gnito para na pupush ang lazada na tuparin kung anong ads nila…

      Sige balik-balik ka lang sis at balitaan mo kami kung anong nangyari sa order mo. Oo nga mabuti at may blog. Sama-sama tayong nakaexperience ng bad service. I doubt na binabasa pa nila yung mga comments dito. Dumami na masyado eh. Last time na nag-reply sila eh July 14 pa. Tingnan natin.

      Nako nakakalungkot naman yung nangyari sa iyo John Paul. Kakaiba kasi binigyan mo pa sila ng chance at nag-order ka pa ulit after ng failure nung unang order. Ganun din kasi ginawa ko. Nag-order ako ulit to give them a chance. Kakadisappoint talaga yung ganyang klase ng service.

      Tingnan natin kung mababasa ng Lazada itong mga comments na ito or if they’ll do something about it.

      For now I suggest you do the same thing that I did. Send messages to them on Facebook and twitter at sa lahat ng mga blogs dahil doon sila uma-aksyon kesa yung patawag-tawag lang sa customer service.

      Pakiramdam ko mas concerned sila sa publicity kesa sa totoong customer service. Try mo kung mag-work.

        Medyo pareho kami ni joana marie, umorder din ako sa lazada ng xperia phone last thursday lang dun ko lang kasi nakita un phase out na daw kassi sbi ng mga shop na napagtanungan ko mejo mahal din kaya confirm sila agad sa email then tumawag after 5 min. naimpress nga ko kasi diba ganda ng site tapos bilis ppa magreply but then nabasa ko blogpost mo the next day among other blogsites and reviews na puro bad experience din kaya cancel ako agad the next day dun sa contact us nila wala silang reply or confirmation chinecheck ko din ung status nung order dun sa acct. Ko sa lazada nakalagay dun shipped na daw pero just today lang ako nakareceive ng. Txt n antayin ko daw within 24 hours nataranta nga ako eh kaya ng multiple sent ako ng cancellation message sakanila pero la pa din reply whatsoever.     To get quicker assistance, make sure you CC DTI along with BTRCP, when complaining or if you want Lazada to act faster on complaints: cwd-btrcp@dti.gov.ph and dtincrlegal@yahoo.com – it worked fine for me, they immediately acted on my concern, because they got scared, because DTI/BTCRP can just cease their business license and of course Lazada wants to avoid that :)

    stress na ako sa company na yan, till now they dont give me my money back on my bank. They told me today i could get my money but when i check there is no money transfer on my back today. it took a morethan a month now. after a bought a 0+ wifi and I return it because poor wifi signal.they said they will going to replace it. I spend maraming load na nagamit ko to called them, they give me feedback pabalik balik. but I dont receive replacement for my unit, untill I decide to refund my cash as soon as possible and they give me 3to 5 working days but supposedly today the said i can get on my bank, but I check it no money tranfer to my back. what a f lazada!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. Give my money back!!!!!!!

      Jovell I can feel your pain. Waiting for the credit takes sometimes a little longer than the time you waited to get the actual product. Don’t worry, mababalik din yan. Delay nga lang. Kung gaano ka-delay, only Lazada knows.

    yes, but too long i’ve waited. is not right na magsinungaling sila sa customer.t to transfer the money is not take 3 to 5 days. it just take 3 hours bank to bank tranfer. otherwise hindi trenansfer sa time na sinanbi nila. kopal talaga. pagbayad it just take 3 days lang. pag refund take 1 month or morethan. s stress, nakabile na sana ako ng bago cellphone ngayon. kung di dahil sa servisyo nila na wala silbe. sinungaling pa sa mga customer nila.

    Tumaawag nanaman ako sa lazada ngayon, I was so upset when they are telling me na ipaproces pa daw nila ang refund. f lazada liar kayo. 2 weeks ago nung tumawag ako sa inyo sabi nyo ipaprocess ninyo ang refund wait ako 2 to 3 days. din nung september 29 tumawag ako sa inyo sabi nu wala pang refund requested, ang sabi nyo gagawin nyo that time ang refund request. and i need to wait again 3 to 5 days then november 05 tumwag ako wala pa, at ang sabi nyo naman di pa na process and refund so at that time sabi nyo nanaman gawin nyo agad, byt wends nov 07 matatangap ko na pera. tapos ngayon wala pa rin, tumawag ako sa kanila ngayon sabi ipaproces padaw po wait nanaman akong 3 to 5 days. hay. mga sinungaling kayo lazada. sh. sana matangalan kayo license. mga inotel.! sana di kayo magsinungaling sa customer ninyo. nag spend pa ako ng maraming load na tawagang kayo about sa concern ko tapos ganyan gawin nyo sakin pagsinungalingan nyo ako. babalikbalik nila ako pinatawagtawag pero walang nag babago sa mga sinasabi nila paulit ulit nlng. mga sinungaling kayo. sana makausap ko yung manager nyo, para pamukhasa kanya mga sinungaling mga customer service nila. so angry to death, I am not gonna shoppe LAZADA anymore!

      Hi Jovell. Naiintindihan ko yung galit mo. I suggest try mo magpalamig ng kaunti tapos sumulat ka ng formal complaint through email sa kanila. I-follow mo yung sinabi sa comment ni Mary Fuente na i-CC sa email. Make sure you use formal words only at mahinahon na pananalita. Yun lang ang tanging paraan para pansinin nila yung problem mo. Kapag gumagamit tayo ng mga vulgar words sa complaint tinatawanan lang nila tayo at lalo nila tayong hindi papansinin. That’s for sure.

    I have the same experience. Incomplete delivery naman. It took three weeks before nadeliver yung icompleted items. Yung 1st week na follow-up qoh, I use formal words. And then yung 2nd week medyo highblood na qoh ksi c hubby na nag-fofollow-u sken.. and finally after 3rd week of waiting,nag-email cla na for delivery na ung items. Sobrang HB tlaga qoh sa Lazada that time.. hahaha..

    That was close. Bbuy sana ako ng Skullcandy Over The Head Headphones 3 minutes ago. Buti napahanap ako ng voucher codes for additional discount kapag ni-click mo na yung buy. LOL. I’m here pa naman sa Puerto Princesa, baka mas malabong makarating dito yung products nila. Hahaha.

    Lesson learned: Kahit napaka-inviting ng isang bagong website, do some research muna :) Kudos sa lahat ng nagtiyaga magshare, kung wala kayo, kasali na sana ako sa club ng mga nadisaappoint ni Lazada malamang :)

    hello share lang po ako sa experience ko..nakabili ako ng cp dito sa lazada.. nang mabuksan ko ung plastic na nilagyan ng cp box napansin ko di sya naka sealed ang cp box. so diko iyon pinansin.. then another situation. pag chinarge ko ung cp ko ng gabi o sa umaga kinabukasan bawas na ang battery kahit diko naman gaanu ginagamit.. so until umabot sya ng 3 days ganun padin… so now i plan na i return sa kanila. kaso ang problem wala sa return type, description, at condtion for return nila ang reason ko kung bakit ko ibabalik. Eh nakalagay pa naman sa kanila na

    “Items returned to the warehouse that do not meet the conditions listed below will not be eligible for either a customer refund or replacement and the delivery costs will not be refunded.”

    tapos balak ko ihatid na lang sa warehouse nila for sure eh ang problema nakalagay naman ….

    hmmmm …. panu na yan???

      Hi jfk, anong cellphone yung in-order mo? Baka marami lang background processes na umaandar na kumakain ng battery. Tawag ka sa kanila to know of your warranty terms. Kung hindi talaga gumagana ng tama at normal, you have the right to get a service or replacement.

    Before i read all the blogs about LAZADA i already made an order last monday (Dec. 24, 2012). And until now wala padin nagtetext o tumatawag sakin for the confirmation of my order. tsk! Lazada umayos naman kayo, dami niyo promo pero ung service niyo hindi maganda! Unahin niyo muna yung kasiyahan ng costumers niyo kaysa sa profit! May online shop din ako pero never ko to ginawa sa mga costumers ko. I’ll cancel na lang may order pag wala padin hanggang bukas. Tsk!

    @lazadaPH: i appreciate the fast response on my queries and seems ndi computer generated lahat ng reply niyo sa akin. I never expected na dadaan pa sa zamboanga city ang order ko na pwede namang straight to davao city.

        update ko lang last night pag check ko status ng order ko nakashipped na then may tracking number via 2go nag check ako sa web ng 2go to track my order the result is ” 0 ” kinabahan na ako buti nakatulog ako hahaha.. pag dating ko dito office check ulit sa web ng 2go tadaaaa… meron ng result pra sure tumawag pa pa ako sa 2go hotline then the guy on the other line told me na within the day makukuha ko na daw yung order ko. exactly 11am dumating na si manong 2go, got my experia j upon checking unit is brandnew and complete yey… nawala na yung kaba ko =) good job Lazada and sana makabawi kayo sa lahat ng unhappy customer.. ” It takes months to FIND a client, it will only take a second to lose one”

So please try as much as you can to get help from those who can directly help you, which is in this case, Lazada’s Customer Service department. :)

    Is so pity I don’t understand Visaya or Tagalog, some post in mix languages! Since I had such headache with lazada I sent the money directly to my girlfriend so she can order the Full HD TV directly from lazada for her birthday since she likes the design. But how is the ‘afterbuy service’ if something wrong with the TV? Is the TV really new or in working condition, nothing broke during transportation? With amazon or other online shops in Europe and USA no problems at all to handle all this! But who had experiences how lazada handles issues such as Warranty etc.? I am thankful with fast answers since she ordered now the TV at lazada!

      So far the monitor that we ordered from Lazada last year is still working until now with no problems at all. Although I would give the credit to Samsung and not Lazada.

      Not sure about the warranty but I would fret if it won’t have at least a year of warranty from them. You might want to check with the documents that would come with the TV. Don’t call Lazada ever unless you’re okay to get stress.

      Bakit kailangan mo pumunta sa main office eh online store sila at nagde-deliver? I think kung meron mang head office eh ituturo ka rin nila sa customer service nila which is over the phone lang.

      Katulad ng advice ko lagi, buy at your own risk. If you do, wag i-cancel, wag i-modify ang order at wag na wag tatawag sa Customer Service.

    help naman po. nagplace ako ng order (3 items: xbox, xbox game, at 2.1 speakers) nung april 15 kasi mastercard mondays at ginamit ko ang mastercard cc ko for payment. 15k worth lahat, including the discounts. kaso april 17 na, processing pa rin daw yung order ko kahit nakasend na ako 4 times ng credit card at ID copies for verification. lalo na ako kinabahan nang makita ko itong blog at maraming negative comments re: lazada. nakapagemail na rin po ako ng maraming follow-ups at negrereply naman sila na nagsasabing processing pa raw at hintayin ang update sa finance team. kahit sa order tracking page nila, pag nilagay ko yung order number ko eh “order verification in progress” pa rin ang nakalagay. nasa province ako, puerto princesa, at takot ko lang na baka matagalan yung order processing at delivery (though 5-10 days ang promised delivery time). ano po ba ang magandang gawin?

      Hi Cora! The best thing you can do is to (or not to) wait. Kung ayaw talaga mag-verify ng credit card hindi ka naman macha-charge kung sakali. As long as they are replying, good for you!

      Kung hindi man mag-push through yung order, pumunta ka na lang sa pinakamalapit na mall. Hehe.. :D

      hi emilayskie. hi ms.cora. magwait ka lang po. nung april 15 din ako ngpurchase using mastercard ng mother ko.”order verification in progress” ang nakalagay until kinabukasan. the nextday (april16) tinawagan nila ko para iverfy yung order ko at cardholder. kinausap na din nila yung mother ko kaya hinde nako hiningan ng copies ng cc at valid id. after ilang minutes, chineck ko yung order status online. nka shipped na thru LBC. (april 17)may text sakin ang lazada.nakashipped na daw order ko.until now hinde ko pa siya nakukuha. ok naman di nako masyado nagworry kasi nache2ck ko naman palagi sa lbc yung tracking#. im from masbate po. baka later this afternoon dumating na yung order ko. sana lng brand new at ok yung tab.

    Update! I am foreigner living in Germany. I complained about lazada because I had such headache with their regulation concering Creditcard, billing and delivery address and all the communication with the service staffs. Anyway, I must be fair to tell the good story. I told the family I keep my promises to give the birthday gifts but they should order themselves & I will send the money if the items come. I dont want to have headache anymore. Was a big surprise that lazada delievered the whole items within 3 days outside Manila. They ordered on Sunday, the whole items came on Wednesday. The family is living in Moalboal, Cebu. All the items were delivered in good packing conditions, big LCD/LED TV, Stand fan, cutlery, bags etc. I think, was too big expectation to compare lazada with amazon. Lazada is bit chaotic, not well organize and not really professional. They must train their staffs better and learn from amazon. I hope, the TV will not have the need to be sent to lazada because of warranty.

    i use to canvas only then when the time i see the thing i want to buy, i click the click now button cause i thought it will give me an option how to deliver this stuff or it will give me information about the stuff that i wanna buy,but i see it, that the stuff i going to be delivered i only thought the buy now button is an option of what will be the transaction i didnt intend to buy that’s stuff i aonly intend and concern on how the stuff is going to be delivered cause if the stuff is worth delivering i will buy it says there that it’s 2-5 business day i read this blog and learn lot of things i’m dismayed about the process the deliver can i cancel it? i click buy now about 2 hours ago can i still cancel it

    Cancellation issue here. I ordered a bag worth 1299 around 12:10 AM, my friend told me to cancel it since they charge huge shipping fee (which I’m not aware, Im fr bacoor). Sent them email around 12:20am. And guess what??? They still delivered it after 2 days. I refused it and now they want me to pay 700 for the shipping! I told them that I won’t pay a single centavo since I made a cancellation 10 minutes after placing the order. Hay!

    I ordered a Creative SBS Speaker from Lazada last July 13 and received it last July 19. I was quite satisfied with their service knowing that I live quite a distance from Manila, in Gen. Trias, Cavite. And it was a COD order that is why no credit card hassles involved.

      It’s good to hear Billy that your order went smoothly. It’s really best not to call them for order cancellation or inquiry dahil doon nagkaka-problema. If you let the order just push through normally then magiging okay din lahat (unless maubusan ng promised stocks).

    I just wanna share my experience.

    August 20, 2013: I ordered beauty products worth Php 1,092 last August 20 using Paypal.
    August 21, 2013: The items were processed and shipped via 2GO. They gave me my 2GO tracking number.

    August 31, 2013: I am a bit alarmed because I still haven’t received my items but when I checked the status of the items on the 2GO website, it says that my items are now in Davao City and was put on hold. I am from a town 2 hours away from Davao City. I emailed Lazada’s CS and asked why my items are taking too long to deliver. This is their reply:

    “Regarding your inquiry on the status of your order 300261147, it has been shipped out from our warehouse and is now with our third party courier, 2GO. You can trace it with the tracking number xxxxxx through their website.

    September 5, 2013: I just got a text from 2GO saying that I should pickup my items at their Davao City office on or before Sept. 7 and bring Php 1,092. What pissed me off is that I thought that their delivery is door-to-door. My hometown is not even in a remote place so why cant they deliver it right to my doorstep?! They should have put that clear on their website. And why am I asked to pay again for my items??? They cant even tell 2GO that I already paid the items! IMBECILE people! REALLY!

    This is gonna be the first and the last time I will buy from them! I thought their service is okay since they are sister company with Zalora which I have had a lot of transactions with in the past and never had a single problem and my items were delivered right in my doorstep. Never buy from them people! Please spread the word!

      Hi Anna! Thank you for sharing your experience. Nakaka-frustrate naman yung door to door tapos ipi-pick up pala. Ang gulo. Haha..

      I think Lazada is definitely learning from all of these bad experiences that we had. Hopefully they’re trying to improve their system even just a little bit. More than a year old na pala itong article na ito pero derecho pa rin ang pagdagsa ng dissatisfied customers like me. Wonder what they’re doing.

    Nag-order po ako nang phone sa lazada recently lang po using the credit card of my tita, nag-confirm po agad ang lazada na on process na daw po at nag-confirm na din ang banko na ibabawas na nila ang amount sa phone sa credit card nang tita ko, kaso kinabukasan, naka-receive ako nang email from lazada na cancelled daw credit card ko dahil limited daw yung stock nang in-order ko, i-nonotify lang daw ako once ma-process na order ko, papaano po kaya yun? natatakot po kasi ako baka di ko matanggap o hindi ma-process yung in-order ko, sayang naman babayaran ko sa credit card, nag-email na ako sa lazada kaso no reply eh… sana makapag-reply ang lazada dito :(

      Hi Mable! Ganyan din nangyari sa amin. No stock. Katulad ng mga ni-recommend ng ibang readers sa taas, try to call your credit card company at sabihin na cancelled yung order para i-reverse nila yung charges. Not sure if that works pero siguro kung maganda yung pakikpag-usap mo sa kanila they will do it for you.

    Ako naman ang nangyari sa’kin is I ordered for a dual band router, ang nareceive ko is single band lang so I returned it immediately kasi wrong item. Ang problema ngayon naglapse na yung 5 business days na sinasabi nila about evaluating the return item pero hanggang ngayon hindi pa ako nakakareceive ng update mula sa kanila kung kailan ipadadala ang replacement. I sent the item, 9/12/2013 but up to now wala pa rin. Nag post na rin nga ako sa http://www.pissedconsumer.com/reviews-by-company/lazada-philippines/fast-delivery-wrong-item-slow-on-processing-returns-20130923448719.html to get their attention pero wala talaga e. No reply from them kung ano na nangyari. Nakakainis nito e, credit card ko ang ginamit and magsisimula nang bawasan yun na hindi ko pa nagagamit yung item. Kaasar pa kasi pabalik-balik lang ang sagot ng C.S. na “we will follow it up sir” sabi ko ilang beses ba kailangang i-follow up? Makuha ko lang ang replacement hindi na ko mag-oorder ulit sa kanila. Kundi ko makukuha… mag-ne-next level to sigurado!!!! grrr….

      Hi fbaguyo! First time ko nakarinig ng return ah. For sure matagal din yang pag “follow up” nila katulad ng naging proseso sa amin. Gawin mo i-cancel mo na lang completely yung order kung wala pa rin talaga silang paramdam and ask for credit. Sa iba ka na lang bumili ng item na kailangan mo.

        They finally called me last week and they said na OUT OF STOCK na daw yung binalik ko pero actually they are still displaying it on their website na may 4 units pa and they will process my refund daw in 2-3 business days and 3rd day na ngayong araw and I am not expecting that they will be doing what they’ve promised. Nag-inquire lang ako sa kanila regarding sa processing ng refund kung papaano kasi 6-months installment ang ginawa ko and my interest yun. So how they will refund it? Isa pa it is half of the total cost na na-order ko sa kanila so medyo malaki ang interest nun. Hanggang ngayon wala pa rin silang reply! I really regret ordering from them…

My family received the item Oct. 11….at first im impressed but just to be followed by disappointment when they found out the tablet is not working completely.,…

    I ordered a headset from Lazada before I discovered this blog. Mga one week na non pero hindi pa dumarating. Then I called them to check about the order tapos sabi canceled daw. Kahit ang CSR hindi alam bakit. Pero kahit na daming negative comments at even yung blog na to medyo hindi rin masyado maganda ang kinalabasan ng order, inorder ko ulit yung headset. Yon kinabukasan dumating yung headset.

    Inisip ko tuloy (pero wag naman sana), na maliit lang yung amount ng item na kinuha ko kaya parang hindi nila priority. P500 below lang kasi yon.

    Meron din ako Lazada review sa blog ko.

    Had a flawless experience with Lazada.

    I ordered a phone, dumating after 2 days. It turned out to be defective, then nabasa ko itong blog. Kinabahan talaga ako kasi baka abutin ng months, or worse, biglang ma-out of stock at may mga hindi magandang bagay na mangyari.

    I returned the item immediately pagkatapos ko malaman yung defect. I tracked it para makita ko kung dumating na sa warehouse nila. Nakalagay sa return policy nila na may “notification” kapag nakarating na yung returned item sa warehouse nila, so I was checking my mail regularly para sa “notification”, pero wala. I contacted their CS, had a conversation about this “notification”. Saka ko lang na-receive yung “notification” the next day.

    The item is on its way as of writing. I’ll update this post kung may sablay..

    tl;dr — tignan nyo yung procedures nila sa pag-process ng items.. maging maagap as soon as may makita kayong kulang para hindi maabala.

    I ordered a flip mino camera, sobrang tagal ng wait to to have it delivered, tapos dumating siya 3 days before christmas SIRA SIYA, it wont turn on etc. I called asking kung sino supplier sabi nila “We have a lot of suppliers therefore we dont have a record as to who supplied this camera to us” BS. tapos I asked for their warehouse address, binigay naman pero WALA DAW TELEPHONE NUMBER, same with their BACK OFFICE they only communicate with their warehouse and back office VIA EMAIL DAW.

    Gusto ko na mag file against them via DTI. Natatakot ako isend back yung item kasi they barely make refunds/replacement according to people who posted sa mga review site. NAKAKA INIS kasi bastos pa yung mga representatives nila. sabi ko why are they giving GENERIC ANSWERS and they can’t get to the point kung gaano katagal ang replacement.

    One of their reps even told me na kung gusto ko daw may taga warehouse nila who will get the defective item from my house, so sabi ko sige but can he bring the replacement na kasi sira talaga, hindi daw pwede.

    I honestly think their company is a scam.

      Hi Em! Nako oo mahirap talaga makipag-transaction sa kanila kapag kailangan ng Customer Service. Pinaka ideal lang na scenario is when you received the item in good working condition, pwede mo na silang kalimutan forever. Pero kapag ganyan nako, ang hirap!

      Kung hindi talaga siya gumagana, mag-file ka na ng report. The more reports submitted against them, the greater chances of their business to be reviewed. Hindi biro ang pera!

    I ordered a tablet, ang dali lang dumating 2 days nadeliver na sa bahay, pero nireturn ko last january, 10 tapos hanggang ngayon hindi ako tinitext o iniemail man lang, ngemail na din ako sa kanila wala pa din update kung anu na nangyari sa nireturn ko. Refund na lang nga,nilagay ko na ung mga details dun. Wala pa talagang response, natatakot na ako.What’s the best action po kaya na gawin ko?? help me plz.

    hello po, first time ko po mag shop sa lazada, nagtitingin po kami ng mom ko ng mga tablet, me nagusutahn syang isa tapos inadd to cart na namin, tapos nag tingin ulit kami ng iba, me mas nagustuhan sya kaya neremove from cart namin yung isa tapos inorder na namin yung pangalawa. ang kaso po, mukang hindi na cancel yung unang order kasi nag text sakin ang lazada around 12 am na nai-ship na daw yung order namin. (around 10 kami ng mama ko umorder) nag email ako sa kanila na kung pwede icancel yung unang order. pano po ba yun? kelangan po ba naming bayaran din yung isa? pasensya na po, di po kasi ako makatulog kasi baka malaki bayaran namin ng mama ko.

    purchased a D&D acoustic guitar. transaction was fine, packaged arrived earlier than expected. But my concern was the guitar case is missing. Still waiting for Lazada to update me sabi kasi will update me 24-48hrs. almost 2 days na wala parin update. I hope mabigyan nila ako ng guitar case as I can’t bring my guitar anywhere without a case

    How i was cheated by Lazada
    On April 3, i purchased an item in Lazada site, an all white Hyundai tablet. It’ll be a birthday gift for someone for his birthday on April. 25.
    On April 8, i received the item. When I open the package it was black front and white back which totally different from the photo posted. I turn it on, used it only for less than 10 minutes. A pop up error shows every 2 minutes, saying there was a problem with android.com, i don’t know what it was exactly maybe it has to do with the program. So i turn it off and returned it to 2go. With the whole package, lazada invoice,letter,and the return form. They should never advertised product which is doesnt match the photos posted in your site, it is false advertising to do so.
    On April 11,i was not able to receive anything, or feedback. So, I emailed Lazada and was told that they received the returned item but not able to process without the merchant invoice. Now, it got me confuse because I sent the lazada invoice. So,I emailed a photo of the customers copy of the lazada invoice.
    I called customer customer service and was told that they will request one from the merchant for a new invoice. Which i recently found out,that there should be 2 invoice, one from LAzada and one from the merchant, which I did not even receive.
    I emailed for follow up number of times, i was told i will receive an emailed merchant invoice on or before April 24.
    Now, it is April 26, and no invoice, no refund. I am a loyal customers for years, and i have purchased numerous items. If this is how they treat loyal customers, nobody will buy products anymore.
    I talked with MIgs,Kat, Vince, and used up minutes on my line just to call the, for follow up, i was even put on hold many times, 10 minutes holding time.
    Still not able to get my refund until now. Today is May 2, 2014. One day shy since I purchased the product. I have been cheated, they have the item, and no refund money.
    My hard earned money gone. I WAS SCAMMED. LAZADA SUCKS.

    Email I sent to the Rep who replied to my email:
    Thanks for replying Lloyd, I missed a call from Lazada’s hotline yesterday
    and then I received an email from the Lazada Processing Team asking me for
    an alternate number they can reach. So I called the hotline myself and the
    recorded voice there prompts about how connect to an agent and I was put on
    hold for more than 3mins, no one was answering and I hanged up.I called several times and no one was answering. I didn’t know what the team wanted from me regarding my order, that’s why I was
    eager/desperate to reach them on my end. It was a terrible experience calling the
    hotline. I believe 027958900 isn’t even toll free, then you keep your
    customers waiting for forever for a no- answer call. Can you imagine how I feel?
    IT SUCKS.
    I’m just so eager to receive my order now and not make anymore transaction
    with you. I’ve been ordering from you since last yr and this situation make
    me feel like you don’t really care about your customers. Last time I was
    also asking the helpline to get a particular watch available for me to
    order and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. I was mailed by
    Lazada 12:05 am this morning saying they already shipped my order, so the mail said
    they’re shipping me my Toshiba mini SD card WITHOUT MY LAPTOP. And the mail said that I’ll have to prepare the whole amount(WITH THE LAPTOP’S PRICE) for payment. You’re CRAZY.Please call me, I BADLY WANNA TALK TO YOU. THE SOONEST PLEASE.

    *I didn’t receive a prompt reply/ action from Lazada’s CS. I called them myself and was able to talk to a CS and got my order cancelled and a CS Ramon called me to ask me the reason for cancelling my order and how they can make their service better evening of the same day.

    Lazada: You shouldn’t tell your customers that your item is available when it’s really not available to ship the moment the item is ordered. That’s bogus. You should also be clear in you email as to how much the customer is supposed to pay for the items that will be delivered. You pissed me. Like HELL.

    It was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE that vowed I’ll never order again.

    Napaka-walang kwenta ang lazada. free shipping daw ang gagawin nila iisaisahin ang pagpadala ng order mo para di umabot don sa halagang libre para mapilitan kang magbayad ng shipping fee. paghihintayin ka ng matagal halos isang buwan then pag nag verify ka sa tracking number na binigay nila ay invalid, pag nag complain ka sa customer service nila regarding sa tagal ng order ay cancel nila ang order mo at magbibigay ng walang kwentang dahilan. Tapos ipapabago sayo ang delivery address ng naayon sa kanilang gusto (for pick up) pag ginawa mo na ay mauulit na naman ang mga pangyayari. Iwan kung bakit di natitingnan ito ng DTI? Siguro malakas. Mga kababayan kung pweding umiwas na sa pagbili sa LAZADA ay iwasan na at walang sistema at di nila alam ang sinasabing customer service.

    Hi! I’ve made an order from lazada a few days ago and they’ve already sent me an email saying it has been shipped. The email has the order number and the tracking number of my order but when I tried to trace the tracking number from the courier’s website, it says that there’s no transaction found or the tracking number is invalid. What will I do?
