Promised Delivery: 2-5 business days

First follow up call: 24 April 2012 (2nd business day) Customer service representative said that there are no available stocks for the monitor we ordered and that they are still looking for stocks. Rep promised to call back the same day. No call back received.

Second follow up call: 25 April 2012 (3rd business day) Same answer, no available stocks, will receive call back. No call back received.

Third follow up call: 26 April 2012 (4th business day) Same answer, no available stocks, will receive call back. No call back received. Seriously.

Fourth follow up call: 27 April 2012 (5th business day) Same answer, no available stocks, will receive call back. No call back received. I know, I am just copying and pasting, but really, really, seriously, lol we didn’t receive a call back.
